Refund policy

At ASMRY, every piece of wearable art is made-to-order specifically for you. Because each item is unique and crafted upon request, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at asmry.store@gmail.com with a photo of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Lost Packages: If your "dream" never arrives and is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at asmry.store@gmail.com.

Note: Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
