OVERVIEW This website is operated by ASMRY. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ASMRY. SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS Our products are unique pieces of wearable art made-to-order through third-party production partners (Printify). We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as surrealist graphics, wearable art designs, logos, and images, is the property of ASMRY and protected by international copyright laws.

SECTION 4 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
